- The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on their account, including any use by third parties.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Withdrawal Terms
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. In some cases, additional time may be required for verification. betwin reserves the right to review any withdrawal request in the interest of security.
Important Payment Notes
Betwin does not pay interest on any transactions. Deposited funds are solely for use on the betwin platform. If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team. All transaction records are stored in the system.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Betwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

- If multiple accounts are operated
